About this home

Theme-park days. Pool nights.

Waypoint Villa is our 7-bedroom retreat in Davenport, Florida — minutes from Walt Disney World and an easy drive to Universal and Orlando's best. It's the rare vacation home that delights the kids and gives the grown-ups a real place to unwind.

The star of the show: a Shrek-themed loft with hanging egg chairs, a living plant wall, and a big screen — built for movie nights after long park days. Outside, the private pool is all yours, no wristbands or chair-saving required.

Seven bedrooms means grandparents, cousins, and friends all fit under one roof — with space left over to actually enjoy each other.
